Tom Larsen is an author, speaker and insurance consultant for the food & beverage industry. Now President of Larsen & Associates, he was an associate at Schunke Insurance for 13 years and restaurateur himself too. Former owner of Zephyr Bar & Grill and The Southside Grill, both located in the city of Buffalo, he has extensive knowledge in this industry.

Karen Butterson is a licensed insurance associate, who has 8 years prior experience with Allstate and was a former agency owner with them. Her commercial experience with Allstate is helpful in understanding the needs for the restaurant & pizzeria owner.
